Indemnification

Disputes
Disputes may happen between members and the FIRSTBTOB.COM,shall be served by negotiation between two parties under this agreement. If disputes could not be served by negotiation,the parties to this Agreement hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Xihu Distric,Hangzhou,P.R of China.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
